A gorgeous 1920s summer dress!  Sheer silk chiffon with a fun floral print in shades of purple.  Classic style with a simple neckline and drop waist.  The floor length skirt flutters with tiers of ruffles.  Hook and eye openings at the tops of the shoulders.  This dress slips on over the head with no side openings, so your measurements should be smaller than those listed.
